The manuscript begins with the verses :
ध्यानयोगासनारूढं ब्रह्माणं त्रिजगद्गम् । अभिवाद्य सुखासौनो नारदः प[रि]प्र(ए)एछत[छति ॥ १ ॥ देवदेव जगन्नाथ सर्वज्ञ कमलासन । ज्योतिषां चरितं ज्ञानं ब्रूहि कालाश्रयं महत् ॥ २ ॥ अधौतमखिलं छन्दः स्थानुरूपं प्रतीयते । अंगविना यथैवाङ्गी तस्मादेतत् प्रसौद मे ॥ ३ ॥ इत्येवमुक्तो विश्वात्मा नारदेन महर्षिणा । पुत्रेण धीमता प्रीत्या वाक्यमेतदभाषत ॥ ४ ॥ etc. etc. etc. etc.
Chapter I has 100 verses.

According to the last colophon, it has six chapters. But there is no mentioning where the first chapter ends. The second chapter ends in verse 369 marked from the beginning. This portion is very defective, having lacunae in many places, and it is possible that the first chapter is included in this.
