यत्पूर्वार्जितमात्मदेहजनितं दैवं शुभं वाशुभं
तत्मवं हि विपाकमेति नियते वर्षाधि[दि के निश्चितं । सवैः संमतमत्र जन्मनि परं जन्तोस्फुटं सूरिभि
स्तस्मात् तत्परिचिन्त्य वर्षजनितं वक्ष्ये फलं स्फूर्त्तिमान् ॥२॥ etc. etc. etc.
Ends thus :
आलोच्य नानामुनिसम्मतानि सम्यक्मतं ताजिकसारमेव । खल्पं विचित्रं हरिण सुखार्थ ज्योतिर्विदां तद्विविधैः सुपद्यैः॥६६॥

Substance, country-made paper. 91x4 inches. Folia. 21. Lines, 7, 16 on a page. Character, Nāgara of the 17th century. Appearance, old and discoloured.
The leaves are from two different MSS., 1-16 belonging to one and the rest to the second. But there is a considerable gap between the two batches of leaves.
The last leaf ends abruptly; but there is a colophon in the 4th line : इति दिनचर्यायां भावाध्यायः ।
All the leaves from 1–21 are marked, on the left hand upper margin, with the letters aufsto. And the beginning is that of Haribhadra's Tājika sāra, a treatise on horoscopy.
