The manuscript is very corrupt. The chronogram at the end gives the date of the composition of the work as the year 1518 of the Samvat era.
7053. 6332. ज्ञानप्रदीपटौका। Jhanapradipatika.

Substance, country-made paper. 11 x 45 inches. Folia, 351 of which the following leaves are missing: 5-7, 18-61, 70-73, 188-190, 193-245 and 248-257. Lines, 16 to 18 on a page. Extent in blokas, 16,000. Character, Nagara of the 18th century. Incomplete at the end.
All the leaves are marked क. दी. (for कर्मदीप ?), although, as will be seen in the following extracts, it is a commentary on Jñāņadīpa. Elsewhere it is called Adeśasamgraha Śivamudrābhidhāna.
Beginning :
__ श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ विघ्नविनाशस्मरणात् नामोच्चाराट्वजन्ति पापानि । पूजातः श्रीर्वाणौ यस्य स्तोत्रात् नमामि तं देवम् ॥ नवलक्षमितैः पुलोकैयॊतिःशास्त्रं प्रकाशितं येन । उत्पत्तिस्थितिना हेतुं विश्वस्य तं नौमि ॥
