प्रणम्यैकरदं वन्दे शारदां गुरुमेव च । कालनिर्णयसिद्धान्तं व्याकुर्वे विशदोक्तितः ॥१
जानन्ति ये भूरि सुभूरिविद्यास्तेषां निमित्तं न ममैष यतः । उत्पत्स्यते मत्सदृशोऽपि कश्चित् काली ह्यनन्तो विपुला धरित्री॥ अथ ग्रन्धकर्ता स्वाभीष्टं प्रतिजानीते।
End :
शाके विक्रमभूपते जगनभूसप्तन्दुसंख्येयने सौम्ये माघमासउज्वलदले वारे गुरौ पुष्यभे । जीवाहे जुमिगञ्जनाम्नि करणे षष्ठे भुजपत्तने
व्याख्येयं जयरामजेन रघुणा कप्तस्य बुद्धयर्थकम् ॥ Colophon:
इति श्रीद्विवेद्यमिहोत्रीजयरामस्तरघुरामकृतः [ काल ? ] निर्णयसिद्धान्तः सटीकः समाप्तः।
Post-colophon:
शाके श्रुतिलोचनर्षिविधुभिर्युक्ते तथा दुन्दुभौ ।
x-ऽलीलिखदात्मनैव मतिमान् etc.
Thus this copy was made by the author himself in 1724 Śk. year after 14 years of its composition by him. He composed the work in Sk. 1710, as is evident from the concluding sloka.
