The Ms. contains the celebrated commentary on the Parāśarasmrti by Madhavācārya (c. 14th century. A. C. ), popularly known as the Parāśaramadhava. It begins from the very beginning of the Prāyaścittakāņda (Chap. IV), (P.1, Vol. II, Bib. Ind.) and ends abruptly towards the end (P. 5347 of the kanda. The Ms. contains the original text of Parasara also.
