The Ms. is mostly soiled. It begins abruptly and deals with Śrāddha, marriage, gifts (Era), nityakarma etc. It was written in Samvat 1669, as mentioned in fol. 9 A, by Kulapati Misra, the scribe of "Bhundaharipura" (Fol. 78B).

चतुर्विशतिरयाच्या परं निरसनं स्मृतम् ॥ ८॥ आपस्तम्बः-त्र्यहं निरसनं पादः पादचायाचितं व्यहम् । सायं त्र्यहं तथा पादः पादः प्रातस्तथा भ्यहम् ॥६॥
End :
नानानिवन्धानालोक्य श्यामभट्टन कौतुकात् । वाक्यावलीयं लिखिता सदाचारादिसंभृता ॥
