The Ms. contains an informative interpretation of the 24, twenty four has or injunctions of sages by the celebrated grammarian Bhattoji Diksita. The present Ms. contains only the section on Prāyaścitta wanting in the 1st folio. The Ms. begins abruptly.

तां विक्रियां। स्त्रीशूद्रविक्षत्रवधो निन्दितार्थोपजीवनं । नास्तिक्यं मतलोपश्च सुतानां चैव विक्रयः ॥
End :
द्विजस्याब्धौ तु निर्यातुः शोधितस्यापि संग्रहः।
ससवण्यं(?) गणादुष्टैः संसर्गः शोधितैरपि ॥ इत्यादिकोक्तिनिषिद्धमध्ये प्रागेवोक्ते।
