दायभागो यावत्संबन्धि धनविभागः । मनुना एष स्त्रीपुंसयोरुको धर्मो वा इति संज्ञितः । आपद्यपत्यप्राप्तिञ्च दायभागं निबोधत ॥ इत्युपक्रम्य यावत्संबन्धि धनविभागस्योक्तत्वात् ।
यदि कुर्य्यात् समानांशान् पत्युः कार्य्या समांशिका । न दत्तं स्त्रीधनं यासां भर्त्रा या श्वशुरेण वा ॥
अत्र समांशिका इति याद्यः स्त्रीधनं दत्तं तत्समधनव
