The Ms. contains fragments of Vidhanapārijāta. It begins from the very beginnig of chap. I but ends abruptly. It has some folios of chap. I towards the beginning and then has the folios of chap. IV (not yet printed) which begins and ends abruptly. The date of the Ms. is noted on fol. 219a. The Ms. being fragmentary, the beginning and the end of it need not be noted.

Appearance:
The Ms. contains a portion of the author's work Dānapārijāta. This portion deals in full the laws regarding the offering of Śālagrāma only. The author is well known as Ananta Bhatta, author of Vidhānapārijāta. He is sometimes called Anantācārya, also. The Ms. is partly damaged by white ants and pasted.
