The Ms. deals with almost every topic of Smrti in verse, divided into 5, five chapters (Falas). It is a voluminous work lacking originality. The present Ms. contains the fifth chapter (स्तवक) only. The date of the completion of the work is 1682 (Samvat or Saka, not specifically mentioned). It has an index of subjects dealt with in the book, towards the beginning. The work covers 8970 granthas and the index extends to 100 granthas, thus making up 9070 granthas in the Manuscript.
The book is partly published in Bib Ind. Series.
