After the end of chap: I and before beginning chap. II. the Ms. has the following lines :
वेदरत्नाष्टभूवर्षे नवम्या कृष्णपक्षगे । अलेखीद यदुनाथेन शुक्लेन शनिघासरे ॥१॥ आश्विने मासि प्रथम आचाराध्यायविश्रुतः । द्वितीयो व्यवहारस्तु प्रायश्चित्तस्तृतीयकः ॥२॥ लेखकेन लिखेदादौ इदानी शोधनं कृतं । रमानाथेन धीरेण शीघ्रमेकाकिना स्वयम् ॥३॥
विद्वान् भवेत् शीघ्रतरं याज्ञवल्क्यप्रसादतः ॥ Thus it is seen that the Ms. was written in the Saniyat year 1894.
