विश्वामित्रान्ववायब्रततिसमालम्बशाखिनं वन्दे ॥१ + + + + + + + + + + तत्र संक्षेपतः कालः पोढ़ा। अब्दोऽयनमृतुर्मासः पक्षो दिवस इत्यपि । तत्राब्दो माधवमते पञ्चधा । etc., etc.
End:
तदेवं यत् किश्चित् + + + ।

Substance: Country-made paper. Size: 9x4t inches. Folios : 1-85, 87-89 Lines : 10. Extent in granthas : 2450. Script : Nagara. Appearance : Fair. Incomplete.
The Ms. is partly worm and mouse-eaten. It contains the laws regarding rituals and duties connected with various tithis or lunar days of months under Nirnayasindhu, the celebrated Smști work current mostly in Northern India. The author is one of the most well known Mimāṁsakas of the day.
The Ms. ends abruptly in माघकृत्यनिर्णय. The book was composed in 1616 A.D. and printed in Chss. Beginning :
अथ संवत्सरप्रतिपदमारभ्य तिथिनिर्णयस्तत्कृत्यं च निरूप्यते। तत्र मीनसंक्रान्तौ पश्चात् षोडशघटिकाः पुण्यकालः। रात्रौ तु निशीथात् प्राक् परतश्च संक्रमे पूर्वोत्तरदिनाद्धं पुण्यं, निशीथे तु दिनद्वये पुण्यमिति सामान्यनिर्णयादवज्ञयम् । अथ तिथिनिर्णयः।
