The Ms. is partly discoloured. It contains laws underlying time according to which different rites and rituals are observed and performed. On the slip attached to the Ms., the name of the book is written as PGIFTEFATE Sūjānadharmarātnu, which is evidently wrong as in comparison with the printed edition, it is found to be Nīlakantha Bhatta's Samayamayükha. The Ms. begins and ends abruptly. The Ms. has no colophon.
