The Ms. contains marginal notes also. In this section the author discusses various things in connection with "tithi" or lunar day. The Ms. begins from the very beginning and ends to the very end of this tithi section but wants fols. 21--26 in the middle after "ज्योतिषे तथा यमद्वितीयायां यात्रायां मरणं भवेत् । अथ तृतीया। सा च चतुर्थीयुता। रम्भा"--(p. 30 Jiv.) and before "भविष्ये। चन्द्रसूर्यग्रहे चैव मृतानां पिण्डकर्मसु । महातीर्थे तु संप्राप्ते क्षतदोषो न विद्यते"। (p. 157). It should be noted that wanting 6 folios cannot possibly contain so many things of the printed edition from p. 30 to p. 157. So this Ms. seems to be a mixture of separate mss., one containing the former and the other latter portion of the book. The book ends in fol. 151 b. and fol. 152 A. It contains a note on certain Vyavasthā.

प्रणम्य सच्चिदानन्दं राम कामदमीश्वरम् ।
तिथ्यादितत्त्वं तत्प्रीत्यै वक्ति श्रीरघुनन्दनः ॥ तत्र तिथिस्वरूपमाह हेमाद्रिकालमाधवीययोः। स्कान्दे प्रभासखण्डम् । अमाषोड़शभागेन देविप्रोक्ता महाकला। संस्थिता परमा मात्रा देहिनां देहधारिणि । अमादिपूर्णमास्यन्ता या एव शशिनः कलाः। तिथयस्ताः समाख्याताः षोडशैव वरानने ॥
End : गङ्गास्नानमधिकृत्य भविष्ये--
संवत्सरफलं तत्र नवम्यां कात्तिके तथा । मन्वादौ च युगादौ च मासत्रयफलं लभेत् ॥ विरुद्ध गुरुवाक्यस्य यदत्र भाषितं मया। तत् क्षन्तव्यं बुधैरेव स्मृतितत्त्वबुभुत्सया । स्मृतितत्त्वे प्रमादाद् यद् विरुद्धं बहु भाषितम् । गुणलेशानुरागेण तच्छोध्यं धर्मदर्शिभिः॥
