Size : 23_-87. Lines: 9. Extent in granthas : Appearance : Old. Incomplete. 11x4} inches. Pages : 1625. Script : Nagara. The work contained in this Ms. is well known and often called simply Pārijāta. The real author seems to be Viśveśvara Bhatta, who under the patronage of the King Madanapāla Deva of Kāşthā near Delhi compiled this authoritative and informative work in nine stavakas. It has been quoted by Vācaspati Miśra, Candeśvara, Raghunandana, Mitra Miśra, Kamalakara, Nanda Pandita and many other Smārtas of different Provinces of India. For a detailed account, see the preface of the printed edition (Bib. Ind.). The Ms. begins and ends abruptly. Beginning : -दायादा स्थावरे समाः। एको ह्यनीशः सर्वत्र दानाधमनविक्रये । आधमनमाधीकरणम् । एतच्च व्यवहारसौकर्याभिप्रायेण, न तु पृथकत्वभावाभिप्रायेण विभागेनैव पृथक पृथक स्वत्वात् । p. 690 (Bib. Ind.). End : त्र्यहन्तूपवसेद् युक्तस्त्रिरह्नोऽभ्युपयनपः। मुच्यते पातकैः सर्वैस्त्रिर्जपित्वाघमर्षणम् ॥ इति । जथ सुरापानप्रायश्चित्तम् । तत्र चत्वारिंशद्धृताहुः-p.973.
