The ms. deals with the duties of Yajurvediya Brāhmins. The present ms. contains only the sandhyā prakarana (seetion on prayers) and snānavidhi (laws relating to bath). The author is the celebrated writer of Brāhmanasarvasva etc. He was the minister of Laksmana Sena of Vikramapura, Dacca, now in E. Pakistan. It has been quoted by Raghunandana.
Beginning :
दृष्ट्वा पारस्करं सूत्रं स्मृतिमालोक्य सर्वशः । व्यासस्य वचनं दृष्ट्वा मुनीनां सहितां तथा ॥ युक्त्या च स्वयमारोप्य बृद्धानां सर्वसम्मता । हलायुधेन रचिता सम्यक् कर्मोपदेशिनी ॥ सन्ध्यास्नानादिकं लेख्यं श्राद्धं सर्व प्रकीर्तितम् । अन्यच्च सकलं वाच्यं यजुषामाजिक मया ॥ तत्रायं क्रमः।
End :
तत्र निषिद्धदिने तैलं वर्जयेत् । तदाह व्यासः ।
काम्यस्त्राने व्रते श्चाद्ध द्वादश्यां ग्रहणे तथा ।
कोष्टलेपसमं तैलं तस्मात्तैलं विवर्जयेत् ॥ अतो निषिद्धदिने तैलं न देयमिति ।
