यत्स्वं त्रयीलक्षणमद्वितीयः । सुधीः सुशीलः पितृमेधसारं
प्राह स्फुटं वैदिकसार्वभौमः ॥
The exact name of the author of this work is not known. Even the commentator Venkatanātha calls him by the name Vaidikasårvabhauma as indicated in the above verte.
