If we take froin the colophon that Sivalinga Bbūpati, the author of this work, is King Vira Narayana, we may identify hin with the patron of Vāmanabhatta Bina and the hero of Vemabhupālacarita. Ref. Introduction to the Sri Väni Vilās edition of the last mentioned Kávya. But Vemabhūpāla is otherwise called Virapåräyaņa and was a Reddi King who raled at Addarki in Guntur District. We do not see any roforonce to Vema or Addarki bere,
