श्रीवादरायणमुनिस्स्वयमेव विष्णुः
पार्थच्छलात्तमधिकृत्य कृते प्रबन्धे । वस्यापि नित्वमहितं शशिभूषणस्व
मानेडयन् गुरुरदर्शयदादितत्त्वम् ॥१॥

तस्मात्कृस्नभपि भारतं गीतानुगीतमोक्षधर्मवैष्णवधर्मशास्त्रसहितं विशेषध्वनिवृत्या शिवपारम्पविश्रान्तम् । इत्थं चके भारतं यः प्रबन्धं
व्यक्त्या व्यासः शामवोत्कर्षवर्षी । ध्वन्यध्वन्यध्वन्यमूर्धन्यधन्यः तं शौरि तत्साक्षिणं चानतोऽस्मि ॥
Uolophon: इति श्रीमदप्पय्यदीक्षितविरचितं सारभारतस्तोत्रविवरणं सम्पूर्णम् ।
श्रीमदप्पय्यदीक्षितकृतभारततात्पर्यसंग्रहव्याख्या समाप्ता ॥

Remarks:-The Ms. is in good condition.
The Bhírstatătparyasargraba is a kindred production of the Rāmāyana Sirasaigraha, in both of which, Appayyadikrita in the form of a Stotra on Siva, tries to bring out that Välmski and Vyāsa ultimately aimed at the glorification of Siva's groatness only. Both the works are in verses, followed by the author's owa prose. commentary.
Dr. Burnell mistakes this work for an abridgment of the Great Epic.
