Subject Brahmasutra bhasyavyakhya otherwise known as Sivarkmanidipika-up to the end of the 2nd Pada, in the I Chapter.
Remarks:-The Ms. is in good condition.
Appayya Dikaita, the author of this commentary on the Srikantha Bhaya may be said to have lived between 1558 and 1625 A. D. His Saiva works number about 25. This work has been published in the Bharat! Mandiram Sanskrt Series by Pandit Halasyanatha Sastri along with Srikantha Bhagya and Nayamapimālā.
After the colophon of one of the Mss. of this work are given some Slokas in which it is clearly stated by him that this work was written at the bidding of one King Chinna Bomma. This Chinna Bomma was a Nayak King who ruled at Vellore prior to 1578, and was one of the patrons of Appayya Diksita in whose court he was for the longest time.
