The name of the scribe is Anantabharati.
शक १७२६ पार्थिवनामसंवत्सरे श्रावणमासे वदिपक्षे संकटचतुर्थी पुण्यतिथौ गोविन्दनायकेन लिखितम् ॥
This Ms, is dated A. D. 1804 and the name of the scribe is Govindanāyaka.
