This Mantra is addressed to Yakşiņī, who is popularly supposed to be residing on a banyan tree. Beginning:
ऋष्यादिकं पूर्ववत् । मन्त्रः
ब्लीं कालकण्ठिके ठ ठ ठ स्वाहा । लक्षजपं कुर्यात् । End:
तत्तत्कार्य विचिन्तयेत् । पूर्वस्थाने जपहोमं कुर्यात्-इति ॥

The repetition of this Mantra is believed to havthe power to please the three attendants of the goddess Sakti knuwn as Vatukas. The names of these Vatukas are (1) Skandavatuka, (2) Citravatuka and (3) Virincivatuka. Beginning:
अस्य श्रीवटुकत्रयमन्त्रस्य ब्रह्मविष्णुरुद्रा ऋषयः, गायत्री छन्दः, वटुकत्रया(य्य)धिदेवता, श ष स ह अभिभसः इति बीजं, सरस्वती महालक्ष्मीः गौरीति शक्तयः, ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं इति कीलकं, मम वटुकत्रयप्र. सादसिद्धयर्थे जपे विनियोगः ।
