This Mantra is addressed to Hanūmat conceived as having five faces; and its repetition is considered to be efficacious in destroying evil spirits and in counteracting the evil effects of bostile Mantras and Tantras. Beginning: ___ अस्य श्रीपञ्चवक्त्रहनुमत्स्तोत्रमन्त्रस्य ईश्वर ऋषिः, देवी गायत्री छन्दः, पञ्चमुखि(ख)रौद्रि(द्र) ओं श्रीपरमात्मा देवता; ओं हूं बीजं, ओं ह्रीं शक्तिः, ओं हैं कीलकं, मम पञ्चमुखहनुमत्प्रसादसिद्ध्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः ।
