ओं हं सस्सो हं इति प्राणायामः १२.
अस्य श्रीषट्शतैकविंशत्स(तिस)हस्रश्वासरूपहसमन्त्रम्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः, गायत्री छन्दः, हंसो देवता, हंसप्रेरणया हंसप्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः । End: ___ ओं हं सः सो हं-इति जपः । उपसंहारः पूर्ववत् ॥

The Mantra-formulas here enjoined to be repeated during the ceremonial touching of certain parts of the body are first obtained by introducing the successive letters of the alphabet. with the word नमः between हंसः and सोह. Again the letters of the alphabet are taken from the end, and these together with the word 79: are placed between Art and i. The nature of this arrangement of words forining the Mantra-formulas is indicated in the end extract.
