Beginning: ___अस्य श्रीशीतलाम्बामहामन्त्रस्य आनन्दभैरव ऋषिः, अनुष्टुप्छन्दः, शीतलाम्बा देवता, ओं बीजं, ही शक्तिः, श्रीं कीलकं, मम जन्मान्तरप्रतिबन्धकवशात् संप्राप्तनानामहोपघातादिसकलदेवताग्रहनिग्रहादि. सकलपीडानिवृत्त्यर्थं शीतलाप्रसादसिद्ध्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः । Ind:
