The repetition of this Mantra, which is also addressed to Vişnu, is believed to have the power to secure protection to one from all kinds of dangers. Some of the good results believed to be due to the repetition of this Mantra are given in the last stanza. Beginning:
अस्य श्रीविष्णुपञ्जरस्तोत्रमन्त्रस्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः, ईश्वरो देवता, मम शरीरसंरक्षणार्थे जपे विनियोगः ।
End:
पादौ रक्षतु गोविन्दो जङ्के पातु त्रिविक्रमः। ऊरू(ममा)च्युतो रक्षा क्षेत्) गुह्यं रक्षतु माधवः ।। विष्णुपञ्जरसंयुक्तो विचरेच्च महीपतिः । राजद्वारे बिलद्वारे प्रदेशे भूतसङ्कुले ।।
अपुत्रो लभते पुत्रं धनहीनो लभेद्धनम् । मुच्यते सर्वपापेभ्यो विष्णुलोकं स गच्छति ।।
