Ramaktapadskaita, the author of this commentary Vedānta. sikhamani, is the son of Dharmarajadhvario, the author of the Vedāntaparibbāfa. Following his father, Rāmaktada also has written a commentary on the Tattvacintamani Prekäba of Rucidatta. Vide No. 6228. Both of them are great Mimāinsakas whose works are noticed in Vol. XII.
