Subject: Vedantaparibhāra, an introduction to the advaita
philosophy in 8 Paricchedas. Bemarks:-The Ms. is in a decaying condition.
Dharmarājādhvario, the author of the Vedānta Paribhäşa, is identical with the author of the Tarkacūdāmani (No. 6217) etc., described in the Nyāya Volume. He flourished in a village Kagdaramå pikkam in Tanjore District in the 17th century. He was the pupil of the famous Nrsimbāšrama and Venkatanātha of Volangudi also a village in Tanjore District. His other Vedāntic work is Padayojanā, a commentary on the Cataasūtri portion of the Pañcapādikā.
The work bas been published with Vedāntasikhamani, a commentary by his own son Rāmakfapad kwita, by Venkates. vara Press, Bombay, as No. 93 in the Trivandrum Sanskri Sories and by the Calcutta University with tbe commentary of Mahāmabopādhyâya Anantakrepa Sastri.
