Remarks :--'The Ms. is in a fairly good condition. On the title page is given
. वरखेडीशेषप्रन्थः Extracts from this work are published in the Chowkhamba edition of Khaodanakhandakhādya. The author of this work is the son of Bhavanāthamaithila and is the author of other works chief of them being a commentary named Upaskāra on Vaišeşikasūtras a commentary on Udayanācārya's At:natattvaviveka, Rasargava, and Vadavinoda. From the last fioka above the colophon we see that his father was a great scholar and Vedāntin to whom he ascribes the credit of the work. The Ms. is dated A. D. 1602.
