प्रेक्षावतां... क्रियमाणं वस्तु निर्दशति । वृत्तौ भाष्ये इति । वस्तुनि निर्दिष्टे सति तेनार्थेनार्थिनः प्रवर्तन्ते ।

॥ अर्थवदधातुरप्रत्ययः प्रातिपदिकम् ॥ गौः शुक्लः पाचकः डित्थ इति यद्यर्थवतः संज्ञाभावशशविषाणादीनां न प्राप्नोति । अर्थाभावात् । माभूदनेन समास इति भविष्यति ॥

Remarks:-The Ms. is in a fairly good condition.
Haradattacārya, the author of the Padamañjart is regarded by some as identical with the commentator on the Apastamba and the Ãévalāyanagṛhyasutras. The Saivite Haradatta too is regarded by some as identical with the author of the Padamañjarl. At any rate the author of the Padamaûjarl is earlier than the 13th century.
