The colophon in this manuscript gives the name of the work as Durghatanighantu. It need not therefore be supposed that the author is one Durghata. The text of this Dvirūpakosa or lexicon of doublets is the same as that ascribed to Srihares in the next number. ( No. 4764). The author therefore is Srtharga. Under the name of Rüpabhedaprakāda, the work has been published by the Nirnayasagar Press, Bombay.
