तारुण्ये चाप्रिहोत्री दिशि विततयशाः तर्कतन्त्र स्वतन्त्रः स्वाधीनो वाचि धीमान् वरदकविवरो भाणमेतं व्यतानीत् ॥

The author of this bhaṇa, Varadarya was the younger brother of the father of Venkatacarya, the author of the Visvagupidarea. He belonged to the Atreya gotra and was a near
relation of Tatacarya. The author should have lived in the middle of the 16th century.
The work deals with the love of Vasantika and Vasantabokhara. The work is not available in print.
The Bhanas as a rule deal with the social and moral drawbacks of the people with a view to give the people an opportunity to rectify themselves. All the bhanas are devoted to the elucidation of the ways of immoral conjugal happiness, so that people may detect those means and put a stop to
them.
