It is a well known fact that the authorship of Dañğin, at least so far as the Pūrva pohikā of the Dalakumaracarita is concerned, has been questioned in various quarters. The present Ms. and the two following preserve certain readings which compel us to regard this as a different recension altogether.
The Ms. is well ornamented with excellent foral designs. The paper used has been treated to special and ingenious methods for preserving the gloss of the paper.
