Remarks:-The Ms. is in good condition. According to the two colophons given above, the authorship of this commentary on the Uttarasatka is attributed to one Visnugudhabhaṭṭācarya, perhaps a disciple of Devasvamin, the famous commentator of Āśvalāyanasrautasūtras. On the first and last pages of this Ms. the following is given- आश्वलायन सूत्रं विष्णुगूढं (ढीयं) उत्तरषट्कं, गङ्गाधरनायकस्येदं पुस्तकम i. e. the Ms.
