1) सर्वो वै रुद्रः + नमो नमः ।
2) विश्वं भूतं + नमो अस्तु ॥ 3) कद्रुद्राय + नमो अस्तु ॥ 4) नमो हिरण्य + नमो नमः ॥ 5) सद्योजातं + भवोद्भवाय नमः ॥ 6) वामदेवाय + मनोन्मनाय नमः ॥ 7) अघोरेभ्यो + रुद्ररूपेभ्यः । 8) तत्पुरुषाय + प्रचोदयात् ॥ 9) ईशान: + सदाशिवों ॥
