Date of transcription : Tuesday, the 25th of the Purattasi month in the year Viņu. Beginning: ज्वरोत्पत्तिः--
ज्वरो रोगपतिः पाप्मा मृत्युरोजोऽशनोऽन्तकः । क्रोधो दक्षाध्वरध्वंसी रुद्रोवनयनोद्भवः ॥ ततो वक्ष्ये त्रयोदश्याः सन्निपातस्य लक्षणम् । तान्त्रिकाश्वान्तिकश्चैव रुग्दाहश्चित्तविभ्रमः ॥
शीतं गात्रे तान्त्रिकं च कण्ठकूजनकर्णिका । End:
काथस्य कल्कस्य रसस्य यामं मासत्रयं चाञ्जनवर्तिचूर्णम् । पाण्मासकाभ्यां गुडले वीर्य संवत्सरं तैलघृतप्रशस्तम् ॥
