A treatise on the science of feeling the pulse for finding out the state of the health of a person, with hints for the diagnosis of diseases. Beginning: नाडीनिदानम्---
प्रदर्शये(त् ) दोषामिदं स्वरूपं व्यस्तं समस्तं युगलीकृतं च । मूकस्य मुग्धस्य विमोहितस्य दीपः पदार्थाहि(निव)जीवनाडी ।। सद्यस्नातस्य भुक्तस्य क्षुत्तृष्णातपशीलिनः । व्यायामाक्रान्तदेहस्य सम्यङ् नाडी सुबोधयेत् ॥ हस्तात्ततो दक्षिणतः प्रकोष्ठे तज्जीवनाडीव चरत्प्रयत्नः । अन्ये च पाणि(ण्य)ङ्गुलिकात्रयेण प्राण . मुपागम्य वदेत् त्रिदोषान् ।। हस्तप्रकोष्ठबाहास्यमध्यपार्श्वसमाश्रितः ।
जीवनाडीति च प्रोक्तं नन्दिना तत्त्ववेदिना ॥ End:
अणुमात्रेण दोषेणन रोगी . . . वासरे । आम्लतैलगुडं क्षौदं पानगव्यचतुष्टयम् । नवज्वरेषु सप्ताहं सन्निपातस्य हेतवः ।
