Deals with different kinds of fever, their diagnosis and their treatment also. Beginning:
अथ सप्तविधान् दोषान् वक्ष्यते शास्त्रनिश्चयः । तरुणज्वरमध्ये तु अपथ्येन प्रजायते ॥ अतः परं प्रवक्ष्यामि ज्वरसारप्रमाणकम् ।
सप्तरात्रं वातकच षड्रात्रं वापि पैत्यजे । ज्वरनिदानम्
ज्वरस्तीक्ष्णोऽथवा शीतमथवाल्पज्वरोऽपि वा । नेत्रान्तरक्तरहितं पाणिपादनखे तथा ।
नेत्रे कान्तिविहीने च सागरध्वनिनश्लवे (?) ॥ End:
ज्वरो गुम्भनहिला च मन्दामिर्जानुनी व्यथा । अम्लस्वभावगन्धं च अजीर्णज्वरलक्षणम् ॥

A treatise on pathology. The eight different ways of diagnosing diseases are explained in the beginning. In the colophon the author is stated to be Dhanvantari.
The copying of the MS. is said to have been completed on l'uesday, the 2nd day of the dark fortnight of the month of Apādha in the year Tāraṇa by Mājõți Sarvēšalinga.
