यथा भृशो नित्यु]ष्णादीन्यतिशयेन पित्तं रक्तं च कोपयति न तथान्यानि व्रीहिप्रभृतीन्यत एव कोद्रवोद्दालको शीतवीर्यावपि भृशोप्णादिद्रव्ययुक्तपित्तस्य कर्तारौ भवतः
तस्मात्तं कासं त्वरया शीघ्रमेव हि(ज)येत् । आदिशब्देनात्र पीनसादयो यक्ष्मनिदानोक्ता दृश्यन्ते ॥ Colophon:
इति निदानस्थाने तृतीयोपदेशः(ऽध्यायः) ।।
या प्रकर्षणातिशयेन क्लिन्नास्तथा शवगन्धयः कुणपगन्धतुल्याः तेऽप्यसाध्याः । शवस्येव गन्धो येषामिति उपमानाचेत्यना(तीदा)देशः । Colophon:
इति निदाने त्रयोदशोऽध्यायः ॥ विसर्पिनिदानानन्तरं तुल्यहेतुत्वात् कुष्ठनिदानमारभ्यते ।
एके बाह्याः केशवस्त्रादिजाः यूकालिक्षादयः । अन्य चान्तरा यथान्त्रत इत्यादयः। तम(जन्म)भेदेन चतुःप्रकाराः कथमित्याह-बहिरित्यादि । बहिर्मलजन्मानः।
