नझुण्डेशमितिख्यातं लोकेषु [प्रार्थिवान्छित(प्रदम ) । कुक्षिरोगशिरोरोगनेत्रशूले भगन्धरः ।। एतेऽपस्मारकुष्ठादिकर्णजा दोषजापि वा । तत्स्थानमृत्तिकास्पर्शात् सद्यो नश्यन्ति(न्य)संशयः ॥ वर्षादो देवकुसुममीश्वरी सहजेरिता ।

मुस्त्येलामिविलङ्गयष्टिरजनीमञ्जिष्ठपाठावचा शुण्ठी रोहिणिका फलत्रयषा मृढीकदार्वायुतम् । गव्येषु प्रतिपादितं घृतमिदं शान्तिप्रदं पुष्टिदं पुत्रायुष्यकरं महाग्रहहरं भूतामयन्नं परम् ॥
