In praise of Siva conceived as the deity invoked by the Mantra called Aghārāstra which phrase occurs in every stanza here. It may be stated that Aghõra is the name of one of the five faces of Siva. Beginning : सकलभुवननाथं सर्वदं सर्ववन्द्यं सहमनु मनुनाथं पूजयित्वा सशक्तिम् । परमशिवमघोरास्त्राख्यमन्त्राधिराज परिमितविषयाभिर्वाग्भिरभ्यर्चयामः ॥ यत्पाशसंहतिषु पाशुपतं महास्त्रं ग्रन्थिप्रभेदनविधौ क्षुरिकास्त्रमाहुः । विघ्नस्रुतौ च स (श)कलीकरणे शिवास्त्रं वन्दे तदस्त्रमहमीशमघोरसंज्ञम् ॥
