This is taken from the Brahmāņda-Pūrāņa. This hymn in praise of Rāma is said to liberate one from the bondage of Samsara, if it is repeated early morning every day. Beginning:
वन्दे रामं जगद्वन्धं सुन्दरास्यं शुचिस्मितम् । कन्दर्पकोटिलावण्यं कामितार्थप्रदायकम् ।। भास्वकिरीटकटककटिसूत्रोपशोभितम् ।
विशाललोचनं भाजत्तरुणारुणकुण्डलम् ।। End:
- नित्यं चापररात्रेषु रामस्यैतां सत्यमाहितः ।
मुच्यतेऽनस्तृ(नुस्मृतिं जप्त्वा मृत्युदारिद्यपातकैः ।। Colophon:
