A DESCRIPTIVE CATALOGUE OF
Ten stanzas in praise of Govinda or Lord Krşņa, the repetition of which is held to be efficacious in removing one's sins and in obtaining salvation. Beginning:
हे कृष्ण विष्णो मधुकैटभारे भक्तानुकम्पिन्भगवन्मुरारे ।
त्रायस्व मां केशव लोकनाथ गोविन्द दामोदर माधवेति ॥ १ ॥ End:
गोविन्ददशकं पुण्यं प्रातरुत्थाय यः पठेत् । सर्वान्पापानतिक्रम्य विष्णुसायुज्यमामुयात् ॥ १० ॥
