Gives certain names of Siva in 69 couples; the names are to be found in the ten Satakas of the Sivasahasranāmastotra. Beginning:
प्रथमे शतके वक्ष्ये युग्मनामानि पञ्च तु । ध्यानाधारोऽपरिच्छेद्यस्त्रिवर्गः स्वर्गसाधनः ।। युग्मनामद्वयं प्रोक्तं ततः परिबृढो दृढः । तृतीयं युग्ममेतत्स्यात्तुर्य ब्रह्माङ्गभुग्ज(भूर्ज)टी ॥
पञ्चमं युग्ममन्त्रोक्तं प्रियभक्तः प्रियंवदः । End:
दशमे शतके भूतिभूतिदः प्रथमं युगम् । द्वितीयं कवची खड़ी सर्वजित्सिंह इत्यथ ॥ तृतीयं स्यात्तुरीयं तु शाकल्यः शर्वरीपतिः । आदितः सर्वयुग्मानि संख्ययैकोनसप्ततिः ॥
चन्द्रसंजीवन इति नवमादौ भवेदिदम् ।
भूशयो दशमादौ स्यादेवं नामविनिर्णयः ॥ The scribe adds the following stanza at the end :
एवं ज्ञातं मया सर्व श्रीमच्छाङ्करभाष्यतः। सदाशिवाख्यवटुना लिखितात्केरलाहृतात् ॥
