हेमाद्रिं किल मातुलुङ्गफलमित्यादाय मोदाधिको मौग्ध्यानाकनिवासिनां भयभरैर्वामेरधः प्रार्थितः । नीवीशम्बरनीलमम्बरतलं जम्बूफलं भावयन् तं मुञ्चन् गिरिमम्बरं परिमृशन् लम्बोदरः पातु नः ॥

An enumeration of the three hundred names of the goddess Dēvi as used in the conduct of her worship. Each name is given in the dative case and is followed by the word Namah. Beginning:
ककाररूपायै नमः । कल्याण्यै नमः । कल्याणगुणशालिन्यै नमः । कल्याणशैलनिलयायै नमः । कमनीयायै नमः। कलावत्यै नमः ।। End:
ह्रीङ्कारहिमवद्गङ्गायै नमः । हीङ्कारार्णवकौस्तुभायै नमः । हङ्किारमन्त्रसर्वस्वायै नमः । हीङ्कारपदसौख्यदायै नमः ।।
इत्येतत्ते मयाख्यातं दिव्यं नाम्नां शतत्रयम् ॥ Colophon:
