त्रैलोक्यचैतन्यमयादिदेव श्रीनाथ विष्णो भवदाज्ञयैव ।
प्रातस्समुत्थाय तव प्रियाथै संसारयात्रामनुवर्तयिष्ये ॥ शौचाचमनदन्तधावनमुखप्रक्षालनानन्तरं नदीस्नानं कृस्वा धौतवस्त्रे परिधाय । End:
पुनरञ्जलिना जलमादाय आदित्यमण्डलगताय श्रीं ह्रीं क्लीं कृष्णाय गोविन्दाय विद्महे गोपीजनवल्लभाय धीमहि । तन्नः कृष्णः प्रचोदयात्__इति मन्त्रेणार्यत्रयं दत्वा रुक्मिणीसत्यभामाभ्यां नमः--इति प्रदक्षिणीकृत्याचम्य ।
यथाशक्ति गोपालगायत्रीमष्टोत्तरशतं जपं कृत्वा पुनप्षडङ्गं कृत्वा भूशुद्धिं भूतशुद्धिं कृत्वा ॥

This Pārāyaṇa involves the repetition of a Mantra consisting of all the letters of the Sanskrit alphabet. It is enjoined that sixty letters corresponding to the sixty Gbaţikas of the day should be repeated each day, the letters of the alphabet being taken in the regular order. Beginning :
