Describes the magical efficacy of each of the syllables forming the Gāyatrīmantra. Each syllable is associated with a certain colour. Probably the goddess Gayatri is to be conceived by the worshipper as possessing a body having the different colours.
The transcription of this manuscript is said to have been completed on Tuesday, the 7th day of the dark fortnight of the month of Kārtika in the year Virõdhi. Beginning:
ओङ्कारस्य त्रयं रूपं श्वेतपीतविलोहितम् । चक्षुषा यत्कृतं पापमोङ्कारो दहति क्षणात् ।। तकारपञ्चकं रूपं ब्रह्मबिष्णुशिवार्चितम् । ब्रह्महत्याकृतं पापं तकारो दहति क्षणात् ।। त्सकारं श्वेतवर्ण च केशवेन सदार्चितम् ।
गोवधेन कृतं पापं त्सकारो दहति क्षणात् ।। End:
यात्कारं कूर्मवर्ण च वासुदेवसदार्चितम् ।
मेरुतुल्यकृतं पापं यात्कारं दहति क्षणात् ।। Colophon:
इति वेदान्ते ब्रह्मनारायणसंवादे गायात्रकल्पं संपूर्णम् ।।
