आसुरीमन्त्रवर्यस्य तद . . . थर्वण ऋषिः । छन्दोऽथ जगती चास्या ह्यासुरी देवता मनोः ।। तारं बीजं विनिर्दिष्टं माया शक्तिरुदीरिता ।
श्रियं कीलकमित्युक्तं विनियोगोऽष्टसिद्धिषु ।। End:
कर्ता तु गुरवे दद्यात् (भक्त्या) सम्पूर्णदक्षिणाम् । ततः कार्यो नित्यदीपः सर्वकाम्यार्थसिद्धये ॥ पात्रे पले(न)प्रमिते पलैकेन घृतेन च । एवं कृत्वा नित्यदीपं जपहोमादिकं चरेत् ॥

On the manner of consecrating a metallic plate with the mystie diagrams relating to the goddess Indrāksī. The wearing of such a consecrated plate is considered to be efficacious in curing all kinds of diseases. Beginning: __- पुरन्दरेण संप्रोक्तमिन्द्राक्षीयन्त्रमुत्तमम् ।
सर्वरोगप्रशमनमायुर्वर्धनमुत्तमम् ॥ चतुष्षष्टिपदं पूर्व लिखेदिन्द्राक्षि शोभनम् । षटत्रिंशच्छूलसंयुक्तं रेखाष्टदलसंयुतम् ॥
