रत्नक्ष्माकोणभूतस्थलशशिहृदये मूलमन्त्रं द्विवारं साध्यं मर्मस्वनङ्गप्रणवहृदि रवी वेदसन्धौ हुताशम् ।
शूलं रेखाग्रदेशे निखिललिपिवृतं सर्वदोषापहारं
क्षिप्रारोग्या(दि)सिद्धिप्रदमाणविजयं शूलिनीप्राणयन्त्रस् ।। End:
तस्य परितः अमिबीजं विलिखेत् । वदमन्त्रः । सारकं भागचर्माण प्रतिकारक्रियाकारः स्वाहा ज्वल ज्वल दुष्टग्रहशूलिनि फट् हुँ ।
