बन्धिप्रसादं जननं सुमहत्प्रभावमत्यन्तमुच्चाटकरं च तद्वत् । अष्टाधिकार प्रवदन्ति कल्पचिन्तामणि देववरैस्सुपूजितम् ।।
ओं ऐं उन्मत्तं कुरु कुरु वार्ताळि मम शत्रूनुच्चाटय हुं नाशय नाशय विषेध विषेध हुं फट् स्वाहा आं ह्रीं को कं क्षां चैव चतुरश्र. कुशे ॥
सप्तम्यां तु वर्षेऽस्मिन् बहुधान्यके दक्षिणायनकृष्णपक्षे स्थिरवासरे लिखितो मासि धनुर्नामके रामभद्रस्य सुतेन सुब्रह्मण्येन चिन्तामणिग्रन्थः सुब्रह्मण्यसुतरामलिङ्गस्य लिखितः ॥
